Reservations and Refunds

Request a Reservation

Use this form to submit a reservation request for the dates you want. We promise to respond within 24 hours, often much sooner. Please do not consider reservation requests final until you have received an emailed confirmation from Joanne and Kent (in addition to PayPal). If we cannot accommodate your request, we will reverse the PayPal transaction at no cost to you.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. It will be refunded within 48 hours of checking out, provided there is no damage to the dwelling beyond normal wear and tear.

Little Cabin Island Specials: We sometimes post special deals on specific unfilled nights to our Facebook Page Find us on Facebook! or to our Airbnb site Find us on airbnb for openings typically in the upcoming week or two. Feel free to email us directly to request these special offers.

Refunds and Cancellations

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.

If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
